SHOWBASKET COGNITIVE TRAINING BASKETBALL SKILLS VILAGARCIA 2017 by ASIS sport.

ASIS Sport, in collaboration with the “Fundación deportiva do Concello de VILLAGARCIA DE AROUSA” and the club CLB Vilagarcia , offeres a week of skills training emphasizing the global fundamentals of shooting mechanics and cognitive abilities.

The expert in cognitive training and an emblematic power forward of the ACB League will be the instructors of the programACB.

All basketball players boys and girls of 11 to 22 years of age

All coaches

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 10H00 AM to 12H30 AM,

and from 4H30 PM to 6H30 PM.

Saturday, final day, from 10H00 AM to 12H30 NOON.

ASIS Sport Coaches:

Carlos BERNABÉ

Expert in player development specializing technical fundamentals and cognitive training. Trained psychologist. Has coached and developped players in renown clubs such as Estudiantes de Madrid, Baloncesto Torrelodones, and Coslada.

Accredited superior level basketball Coach , and psychologist. Creador del método/Creator of “ShowBasket Cognitive Training”.

Anicet LAVODRAMA

Former All Star center of the ACB League (All-Time 13th rebounder, 8th shot blocker) , Olympian, Afrobasket Gold medalist, All Conference, Honorable Mention All American, drafted by the Los Angeles Clippers (1985).

Program

Exhaustive emphasis on the fundamentals specific to shooting mechanic integrating the cognitive training learning method through coordination, positioning and execution concepts. Special reference to the fundamentals and abilities of the inside player with the back to the basket and facing the basket. The objectives are increased sport IQ, concentration, self assurance and overcoming failure.
